The reviews reveal minimal areas for improvement, as the overwhelming majority of feedback is highly positive with ratings consistently at or near 5.0 stars. The few reviews with slightly lower ratings (in the 4.0-4.7 range) offer limited specific criticism, with most simply stating "was good" or "satisfied" without elaborating on concerns. No recurring complaints or patterns of dissatisfaction emerge from the review set. The lack of detailed negative feedback suggests that while there may be occasional room for minor improvements, patients are not identifying significant or consistent problems with Dr. Dawson's care.
