I have typically had good experiences with this provider and the office, but this appointment was awful from start to finish. Both the provider and staff dismissed my requests and preferences (which I had stated when making the appointment), it was rushed and not welcoming, and there was no concern regarding my overall well being. I was very disappointed and displeased.

Dr. was knowledgeable and very kind to see us last minute when the other provider was running very far behind. However, the procedure he had to do on my son's ears was not comfortable. it made my tough 9 yr old boy cry and yell out several times. Throughout it though the doctor said several times, "it's not really hurting him, it's just loud and scary." I assured him that no, it was hurting him but he didn't give him a break, he didn't say sorry I know it hurts, he didn't adjusted how he was doing anything to try to be gentler, he dismissed his feelings and basically called him a liar. I agree with the medical side of the appt and all he said, but I was not happy about his bedside manner.

He is an ENT. when I mentioned snoring, he indicated that snoring was nothing to be concerned about. He appeared to discount the seriousness of my granddaughter's diagnosis of sleep apnea. I am pleased that her tonsils and adenoids are not causing blockage. I expected some recommendations regarding treatment for her apnea. His recommendation was to treat her "congestion" with saline and a bulb syringe. Her sleep study clearly indicates that she has sleep apnea.
