Dr. Graneto works to keep Dallas healthy, one patient at a time, by creating individual health plans customized to each patient's unique needs.
He grew up in Cleveland, OH, and graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine before moving to Dallas. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and he is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
His areas of interest include preventive medicine, general primary care, HIV treatment, health information technology and optimizing management of chronic medical conditions.
