Biography

"Dr. Saporito is a former lieutenant and U.S. Navy tactical jet pilot. Prior to joining the Navy, Dr. Saporito received his bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Florida. He then completed his master's degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M while stationed at NAS Kingsville. He went on to graduate at the top of his class at UT Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Saporito completed his internship at Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, and a three-year Dermatology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He then completed a procedural dermatology fellowship under Stephen Snow, MD, at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Saporito is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology."
