After a distinguished military career and extensive medical education, Dr. Fazio began his cardiology practice in Denton in 1996. He has practiced in North Texas as a Cardiologist since that time. Dr. Fazio has hospital privileges at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospitals - Denton and Plano and at all major hospitals in Denton, Gainesville and surrounding communities. Dr. Fazio is a past Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services and the Cardiovascular Cath Lab at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Denton.
