Biography
Dr. Scruggs has clinical interest in brachytherapy, IMRT and stereotactic radiosurgery. He graduated magna cum laude from The University of Mississippi with a BA in physics in 1998. He earned his medical degree and completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2003.
