The reviews reveal minimal areas for improvement, with only one significant concern raised. One patient expressed dissatisfaction about a treadmill stress test being scheduled without their knowledge or consent, feeling that the procedure was set up without proper discussion. This patient made clear they would not proceed with the test despite the appointment being made. Additionally, one review mentioned some initial problems with MyChart messaging where comments and replies were not being received, though this was ultimately resolved when Dr. Medina called to explain the issue and provide assistance. One patient also noted that Dr. Medina seemed somewhat preoccupied with a critical patient during their visit, though they still felt the care provided was good.
