Dr. Angerstein is a fourth-generation rancher’s daughter from South Texas. She grew up riding horses and feeding cattle with her dad and older brothers. Her hard work on the ranch ... served as the foundation for her "never give up" attitude that she applies to her patients. Dr. Angerstein knew from a young age she wanted to be a physician and was fortunate to have hometown doctors as mentors. She credits her smalltown upbringing for her continued dedication to helping others. Over the years, Dr. Angerstein has volunteered many hours at free health clinics in Austin. She supports CASA, Wonders & Worries, the Boys and Girls Club and the Westlake Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Angerstein has been practicing medicine in Westlake since 2003.
