the dr sent in his associate who was nice and asked questions but they didnt even know I had tests run or the results. I felt like I didnt matter at all! the dr talked about a few things but never ordered more tests or gave any advice, just an "oh well" attitude. I walked away feeling upset.

after triage I was put into an exam room to wait for the doctor. I waited an hour in the exam room. no one came into to explain why I still had not seen the doctor. after an hour, my son got up and went searching for someone in the clinic to find out why we were still waiting. He finally found someone after going from room to room. they had to Paige the doctor. after 5 mins his resident came into the room. after about 15 mins. Dr Rodriquez came in. needless to say, I was highly irritated. I don\'t know where the failure occurred, but this needs to be addressed.
