Biography

Dr. Lauritsen is board-certified in neurology with special interests in movement disorders, migraine and other headache disorders, seizure disorders, cerebrovascular disease, neuromuscular disease, and multiple sclerosis. As a veteran combat medic with deployment to Iraq, Dr. Lauritsen enjoys the opportunity to provide care for the veteran community.


Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, whether it’s traveling, cooking or playing games. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing, jogging and reading.

Dr. Lauritsen was recognized by D Magazine as a "Best Doctor in Collin County" for 2025.
