Doctor listened to my past history and proceeded with a procedure that had proven very successful in the past. Although he was somewhat curious of the success, he performed as client recommended and was very pleased with the results. So glad you have doctors who listen and have understanding that sometimes the patient knows her own body and history. Many thanks to Dr. Pleitz and his staff. Thank you.

He seemed to know a great deal about his specialty. He did not know any history at all about my son despite all the information being in the Baylor scott and white system. We were there for a consultation for ear tube placement but he knew nothing about my child's history. He did not suggest alternatives to having the surgery like a hearing test to be sure tubes were necessary.

He used a scope to look at my voice box without cleaning his hands or wearing gloves! He doesn't listen and seems to think my problem is reflux despite 3 months of treatment with no improvement!

Doctor seemed very rushed to finish the appointment. spent less than 5 minutes with us and didn't seem to care at all . Did less than 1 minute to check my son Ears. we waited over 30 days for this appointment and end up with a total Disappointment. We still never gotten an answer for the medical problem my son has beside we were told it's common issue with no treatment. It didn't make Any sense whatsoever . I really didn't appreciate being rushed and getting out of there less than five minutes

Plietz was abrupt to the point of being rude. He assumed a superior air and wore a fake looking semi-smile during the entire visit. When I asked several questions regarding how he treated elderly, weakened patients with a chronic condition, such as myself, as opposed to more healthy younger ones, he replied: "I treat all my patients the same.......I treat all my patients the same" with no further explanation. He did not want me to bother him with such stupid questions. I told him that with such an uncaring manner I would never allow him to perform treatment on me and I then terminated the visit. I later discussed this with the person who was with me and she felt exactly the same.

Received no opinion as to cause of condition. Prescribed medication and ordered CT scan. No follow-up or further treatment is scheduled or recommended. I still don't know how or why condition happened. I must add however, that the doctor did identify an additional condition that I will get addressed. Thanks for that.

dr pleitz got me in and out. didnt seem like he cared much for my problem and seemed put out when i asked him questions about the medicine. arrogant, apathetic, and generally disinterested in my problem. literally probably only spent 5 minutes with him.
