Juan Diego Lozano, MD

As a Neurointerventionalist, Dr. Lozano provides minimally invasive treatments for neurovascular diseases from inside the blood vessels, with particular emphasis in the Endovascular treatment of acute stroke, intracranial aneurysms, vascular malformations, atherosclerotic disease of the head and neck vasculature, and other vascular pathologies of the head, neck and spine.

Dr. Lozano completed is a board-certified Radiologist. He completed his Radiology residence at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, followed by a residency in Nuclear Medicine and a fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. Dr. Lozano has been the author and co-author of several publications in peer-reviewed journals. He is a member of the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery (SNIS), European Society of Minimally Invasive Therapies (ESMINT), American Stroke Association, Radiological Society of North America, and American College of Radiology.
