Biography
Dr. Norton studied biochemistry at Grinnell College in Iowa and returned home to Oklahoma to complete medical school at the University of Oklahoma. She completed her residency at Baylor Scott & White - Temple. Dr. Norton was a chief resident and received the award for Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology from AAGL Society of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. She is passionate about providing inclusive care and creating a supportive environment for her patients. Dr. Norton loves being an OB/GYN because she can build long-term relationships with her patients and help them through many different phases of life. Dr. Norton’s clinical interests include routine and high-risk pregnancy care, contraception option counseling, menstrual disorders, hormone treatment for menopause, and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic-assisted surgery. Her hobbies include traveling with her husband, reading, going to concerts and watching college sports.
