Dr. Bouchard is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on preventative medicine. She likes to combines evidence-based conventional treatments with lifestyle ... medicine and strategies to support whole-person health. Dr. Bouchard believes in empowering patients through education, collaboration and personalized care plans. She is a Dallas native. She enjoys cycling, running, scuba diving and spending time at the beach. She is also a fan of The Ohio State University and the Dallas Cowboys.
