Biography


Dr. Garvey is a board-certified gynecologist with a particular interest in clinical care and a minimally invasive surgery approach to endometriosis, pelvic pain, fibroids and adnexal masses.

Dr. Garvey is a ... member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.


Dr. Garvey’s goal is to help women feel empowered about their health — especially in regards to decreasing the wait time for an endometriosis diagnosis, which she approaches in a holistic manner, addressing the entire body. During her training, Dr. Garvey developed a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and spent an extra two years honing her skills with a special focus on endometriosis, pelvic pain, fibroids, and adnexal masses.

Dr. Garvey does not provide prenatal care or practice obstetrics so that she may focus more wholly on those specialties above.

When not working, she likes travel, spending time outdoors and spending time with her family.
