Dr. Schorn was thorough checking Immunization requirements for each Country I would be visiting during the month & compared with what I had previously received along with Dates. Dr Schorn determined Hep A & B immunization shot would add necessary protection & within a few minutes our nurse provided a new Shot Records sheet that Included the Hep A&B.
