Biography

Dr. Michael Webb received his medical degree at Loyola University in 1999 and completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Virginia in 2005. Following residency, Dr. Webb completed an additional year of fellowship training in complex spinal surgery at the Barrow Neurological Institute.


Dr. Webb specializes in both minimally invasive and complex surgery.  In addition to general neurosurgery his clinical interests include surgery for adult spinal deformities such as scoliosis, as well as brain tumors, pituitary gland tumors and peripheral nerve disorders.  He has published numerous articles and book chapters and maintains an active research interest in clinical outcomes.

Dr. Webb currently sees patients at our NeuroTexas locations in Cedar Park, Lakeway and La Grange.

Dr. Webb has been recognized as a Top Doc 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 by Austin Monthly Magazine. Winners are nominated by their peers as among the best in their region/nation in their medical specialty.
