Biography
Dr. Fielder chose a career in Family Medicine to make long-lasting relationships with patients of all ages and backgrounds. He is excited to help people work toward health so they can live their best life possible. He especially enjoys medical weight loss management, treating mental health needs, and teaching patients how they can improve their lifestyle to treat and prevent disease and minimize medications. Dr. Fielder loves to spend time outside with his wife, three sons, and rat terrier. In 2020, he helped found Georgetown Trails Foundation, a nonprofit with a goal to build a 40-mile natural surface trail network free for all Georgetown citizens to enjoy. He currently serves as the chairman of the Georgetown Parks and Recreation board.
