my ear was stopped up and he said he didn\'t know why, said there was dried blood on my ear drum and asked if I had put something in my ear, I\'m 63 not 3. my appointment was March 8 and my ear is still stopped up on March 22.

Dr Miller demonstrated without hesitation and with the urgency of my gallbladder pain I was suffering from, and made calls to the ER to get me seen ASAP. I was only in for ear wax removal. Dr. Miller did ask if there was anything else that I needed to be checked for, but I told him it was just for that one thing, which he proceeded to do in a very efficient manner.

Dr. Miller was very caring and took the time to explain in detail what was causing my problem. He even showed me a video of my scope and went over it in detail. I had a previous bad experience elsewhere and was full of questions and Dr. Miller was very patient with me. I had a coughing episode while in the office and he talked me through it and gave me tips on how to get through it when it happens again. I was very concerned about my condition and he took more than enough time to answer all my questions. I was more than happy.

Dr. Miller and staff went out of their way to provide care for me as soon as possible. I have a chronic problem with ear wax. Dr. Miller takes care of that so that I can utilize my hearing aids that I purchased at Scott and White. I really appreciate that.
