Naishadh Brahmbhatt, MD

Dr. Brahmbhatt is board-certified in Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He completed his residency training at Texas Tech University and Health Science Center. His fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine was from Southern Illinois University in 2009 and then completed a Sleep Medicine and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2011. During his fellowship, he worked as a simulation preceptor for various pulmonary and critical care procedures for resident and junior fellows.

After completing his fellowship, he provided care in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine as part of a multispecialty group outside Chicago, Illinois. He has a special interest in telemedicine and has been working with the Veterans Administration TeleICU program since 2012. During his tenure in Illinois, Dr. Brahmbhatt served as a medical director of a sleep lab at two different facilities. He moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area in 2016 and has been practicing Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine in Midcities in the DFW area before joining The Lung Consultants in January 2020. His vision is to provide state-of-the-art comprehensive care in Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine.

He has been utilizing home sleep studies for the evaluation of sleep apnea. His other interests are evaluation and treatment of various sleep related disorders such as Insomnia, Narcolepsy, Restless leg syndrome, REM behavior disorders, parasomnias etc.
