Biography
Dr. Amatya is an expert in diabetes management and thyroid disorders, including thyroid cancer and autoimmune thyroid diseases, osteoporosis, pituitary diseases and tumors, adrenal diseases, PCOS and female hormone disorders, male hypogonadism, endocrine neoplasia, and other rare endocrine disorders. He is an excellent listener and is passionate about patients being able to live their lives in the best possible way. Dr. Amatya enjoys travel, music, art, painting landscapes, photography and outdoor activities, including kayaking and hiking. He loves to cook and learn about history and different cultures. Dr. Amatya has been recognized as a Top Doc 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 by Austin Monthly Magazine.
