Nichole Johnson, MD, FACP, CWSP, is a board-certified internal medicine physician providing concierge medicine in Dallas, Texas, through Baylor Scott & White Signature Medicine. She provides personalized, comprehensive care for adults and older adults, including management of acute and chronic medical conditions, women’s health and menopause care.
