Nicholette M Black, DO

Dr. Nicholette Black is a Breast Surgical Oncologist who treats a wide range of breast disorders with a particular focus on breast cancer care. She strongly believes in continuity of care from diagnosis through survivorship and takes a multidisciplinary approach to help make the experience of a breast cancer diagnosis as seamless as possible. Her passion for breast surgery stems from being able to tailor each surgical plan to the individual patient and their lifestyle.


Procedures Dr. Black offers include but are not limited to mastectomy, flat aesthetic closure, nipple sparing mastectomy, partial mastectomy, lumpectomy, excision of benign or high-risk breast lesions, oncoplastic closure, angel wing procedure for lateral adiposity in breast cancer patients, axillary lymph node dissection and sentinel lymph node biopsy.  She also has specialized expertise in hidden-scar techniques, and the use of ultrasound for surgical guidance.

Outside of work, Dr. Black enjoys exploring the area, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her chocolate Lab puppy, Kona.
