Biography

Dr. Noah Stratton is a board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Lifestyle Medicine. His professional interests include chronic disease management, nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress reduction.

Dr. Stratton is passionate about harnessing the power of healthy lifestyle choices to help prevent, treat and reverse common chronic diseases in his adult patients. His goal is to help patients by optimizing the body’s ability to heal itself through nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction. This allows us to minimize chronic disease and reduce our reliance on medications and surgeries. He believes that educating future physicians is essential to promoting a healthy workforce and maintaining the highest standards for patient care.


Dr. Stratton is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the Texas Medical Association.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, including his three children, playing games and doing physical activities.
