Biography
Dr. Nupur Jhawar is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a professional interest in hypertension, hyperlipidemia and health maintenance. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Jhawar’s primary area of focus is complex patients with chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and chronic kidney disease. She also teaches students from Texas A&M College of Medicine. Dr. Jhawar has been recognized as a Top Doc 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 by Austin Monthly Magazine. Winners are nominated by their peers as among the best in their region/nation in their medical specialty. When not at work she spends time with family, traveling and trying out new restaurants.
