I checked in at 2:00 pm for a 2:20 appointment. I was still in the examine room waiting for the doctor at 3:30. My caregiver went in the hallway to find her as we needed to be back home for a caregiver change at 4:00. The doctor said she had another patient. We said, \'we are leaving." Oh no, I will see you now. The visit was not very focused on my needs.

I moved from Alabama to here...We use portal to talk to Doctors...I LOVED IT!! I have sent messages since my visit and still no response....Atleast I would get a reply of some kind letting me know they were working on my question....I haven\'t heard a thing and it\'s been 2 weeks

The Dr was pleased to see the improvement in my weight, blood pressure and most importantly my A1C. I agreed to have a flu shot so Dr Jhavar put in an order for it. I waited quite some time before the nurse came to give it to me. come to find out, she had driven across town to get the shot for me. I thought that was over and beyond her duties. I also had another appointment following hers. I was late getting to it and told them why. There was NO negative attuid by the staff or care giver and my appointment went on like it should.

This was a routine Medicare yearly checkup. The doctor and discussed the previous years issues and how they were addressed. I asked questions, she gave answers. She is easy to communicate with and gives thorough replies.

We both like Dr. Jhavar for our PC! She definitely takes each visit very seriously. She also thoroughly reviews all notes and ties everything together - very thorough. VERY CARING! We both feel like humans and not a chart number or a notch for her daily quota under her care.

It was a Sunday, so I am appreciative that I could "walk in" for care. The ONLY problem I had was I said I would wait at the Clinic for my prescription, but the prescription was sent to the Belton pharmacy (which is closed on Sunday). I checked with the Pharmacy to see if the Rx had been sent, but it had not been sent. (I only checked because this had happened before). II went back to the receptionist, who relayed the message to the nurse. By that time the Doctor was busy with a very ill patient so it took quite a while for the message to be relayed. It\'s annoying, but not life-threatening. I hope this helps your survey. I hope someone reads this.

Care provider required referral to specialist to support allergy medication that has been used for 20-years and effective. Specialist then questioned why referral occurred for if medication is working then no need to change. Donation of $50 to specialist\'s practice.
