Dr. Gonzales came across to me as very intelligent, concerned for my well being and explained in detail what I needed to do. I was very impressed and trust him completely. And that hasn\'t happened to me very often. But, it did with Dr. Gonzalez.

I\'ve had a severe cough, wheezing for three weeks now when I went to see my primary. His answer to my cough and sickness was my acid reflux was causing my serious cough and to double my heartburn pills. Wrong! I\'ve had acid reflux my whole life and know when my heartburn is acting up. Another thing, the nurse asked me the required questions such as do I struggle with depression. I answered yes and it has got worse. my primary did not address it. he was ready to dismiss me when I had to tell him to read my answers. I had to tell him he is the one who prescribed anti depressants over a year ago and what should I do now. he just non chalantly raised my dosage and told me to have a good day. I am still coughing like a mad woman and have now passed my sickness onto my husband who has also had to miss work because of the severity of the cough, mucus, headache, etc. I have been sent home from work three days in a row because of my cough. yet, my Dr. blamed it on acid reflux. I told him to look at my history and he would notice that I get sick at least twice a year with these same symptoms and I am prescribed antibiotics, cough medicine, prednisone, an inhaler, etc. however he dismissed my concern and our appt was over. three weeks later and I am still sick and am very upset I paid $25 to see my primary so that he could blame it on my acid reflux and not help me at all!
