dr Perez is very thorough and spends much time discussing and explaining. the downside of this is he must do this with every patient, so there is usually a long wait once you get into an exam room before you actually see him. maybe scheduling patients further apart might solve this problem.

He did not rush. Listens well and answers questions I had. I gave him a 10 because I don\'t think I could be better hands in regard to my health and sleep apnea.

My appointment time was 9:30 and did not see the dr until 10:45. I was told this is normal and the dr spends 45 minutes with each patient ( which is fine) but the are made to schedule every 15 min. Appointments should be scheduled according to the dr. and appointments should be pushed back if running late. I was there 2 hours and only spend 30 minutes with the dr.

Dr Perez moved my appt up for me due to a persistent cough. He saw me over a week before my scheduled appt. The office staff was very professional and courteous. Dr Perez took the time I needed to make sure that my concerns were heard. I want to say thank you to Dr Perez and the team of staff at the Hillcrest Pulmonary office. All were professional.
