Biography
Dr. Rajesh Babu specializes in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He is board-certified in internal, pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine, with a particular interest in interventional pulmonology, lung nodules and masses, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, obstructive sleep apnea and narcolepsy. Dr. Babu is a member of American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, Society of Critical Care Medicine, American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Texas Medical Association and Travis County Medical Society. In his free time, Dr. Babu enjoys taking trips with his family and playing sports with his children. He loves to read and attend concerts and sporting events. He is a big fan of the Texas Longhorns football team and attends as many of their games as possible. Dr. Babu has been recognized as a Top Doc 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 by Austin Monthly Magazine.
