Dr. Randall Holdgraf is a laryngology specialist with expertise in diagnosing and treating voice, airway, and swallowing disorders. With a patient-centered approach and a commitment to improving quality of life, Dr. Holdgraf specializes in managing conditions such as hoarseness, vocal cord paralysis, chronic cough, complex airway issues and dysphagia. Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools like videostroboscopy and high-definition laryngeal imaging, Dr. Holdgraf provides evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Passionate about collaboration, Dr. Holdgraf partners with speech-language pathologists to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. With a focus on enhancing vocal performance and preventive voice health, particularly for professional voice users, Dr. Holdgraf is dedicated to advancing the field of laryngology through innovative treatments and vocal health advocacy. He is a member of the American Laryngological Association. Outside of work, Dr. Holdgraf enjoys traveling with his wife and two long-haired Chihuahuas.
