Biography
A Dallas native, Dr. Richard Wagner joined MacArthur Medical Center in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He then returned home to Texas for medical school and residency. Dr. Wagner earned his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, TX. During his training, he developed an interest in breast cancer. He decided to further pursue this passion after residency and completed a fellowship in Breast Oncology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX.
