Biography
Dr. Pezeshk serves as the Chief of the Department of Anesthesiology, overseeing clinical operations at Baylor All Saints Medical Center, Andrews Women’s Hospital, and The Heart Hospital in Fort Worth. He completed his training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he remained on faculty before joining Baylor Scott & White Health. Actively involved in professional advocacy, Dr. Pezeshk is a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee and represents District 9 in the House of Delegates for the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists. In addition to his clinical leadership, he is dedicated to medical education and currently holds the position of Associate Program Director for the Anesthesiology Residency Program at the Burnett School of Medicine at Texas Christian University. Dr. Pezeshk’s clinical interests include obstetric, neurological and trauma anesthesia, as well as difficult airway management. Outside of medicine, he enjoys skiing, surfing, diving, cutting horses and Texas history.
