Biography

Dr. Patel is a board-certified gastroenterologist with fellowship training in advanced endoscopy. She strives to listen to her patients with compassion to fully address their concerns and improve their GI health in a meaningful way.


As a gastroenterologist, Dr. Patel cares for a range of GI conditions, including abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, anemia, blood in the stool, hemorrhoids, diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, women’s GI health, trouble swallowing, heartburn, Barrett’s esophagus, esophageal narrowing/strictures, stomach ulcers and gastroparesis.

She provides hepatitis C diagnosis and treatment and cares for liver diseases such as fatty liver disease (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease) and cirrhosis. Dr. Patel also offers colonoscopy procedures for colon cancer screening and advanced endoscopy procedures, including endoscopic ultrasound and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, reading and spending time with her family.
