Biography

Dr. Ruth Trevino is a board-certified emergency medicine physician dedicated to providing patient-centered care. As a proud U.S. Navy veteran, Dr. Trevino strives to bring leadership and excellence to every aspect of her practice.


She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine in College Station and completed her internship and residency at Portsmouth Navel Hospital in Virginia. Dr. Trevino is passionate about medical education and serves as a clinical professor at Texas A&M University College of Medicine. She is also an active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Her professional interests include empowering patients through education and training future physicians. Outside of work, Dr. Trevino enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
