Biography

Dr. Barnett is board-certified in Internal Medicine, as well as Medical Oncology, and is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality patient care. Her professional interest and area of focus is breast cancer. Dr. Barnett earned her medical degree from the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine in College Station and Temple, TX. She then completed her internship, residency, chief residency and fellowship at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple in Temple, TX. Dr. Barnett currently helps direct the nearly all-female multidisciplinary breast cancer care team and assisted with its development 7 years ago. She also currently serves as the Medical Director of the McClinton Cancer Center in Waco where she practices. In her spare time, Dr. Barnett enjoys spending time with her family.
