Dr. Karnati is a neurological surgeon with a particular interest in spine surgery, myelopathy, the use of AI in spine surgery and robotic spine surgery.

Dr. Karnati is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the North American Spine Society.


With a passion for robotic spine surgery and minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Karnati is at the forefront of medical innovation, ensuring his patients experience faster recovery times and improved outcomes. He is also highly skilled in deformity surgery, adeptly addressing complex spinal conditions with precision and expertise.
