Ty Carl Maddox, DO

Ty Carl Maddox, DO, grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. He received his medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth where he graduated with honors. After medical school he completed his internal medicine training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He later served as the chief resident and was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Following his residency, he served as an assistant professor and was involved in education of medical students and physicians in training. Dr. Maddox is a diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine and is an active member of The American College of Physicians. He believes that prevention is the key to health and well-being, and he is committed to providing quality medical care to his patients by developing strong physician-patient relationships in which patients are involved and taking responsibility for managing their health. In his free time, Dr. Maddox has been involved in faith-based medical mission trips to Haiti and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
