Olivia is a registered and licensed dietitian with Baylor Scott and White - Grapevine's Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Center where she specializes in bariatrics and non-surgical weight loss in an outpatient setting. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University and graduated from Texas Woman's University - Denton with her Masters of Science in Nutrition. Her goal as a bariatric dietitian is to educate and support her patient's long-term health and wellness goals through food as well as help her patients build a healthy relationship with food.
