Biography
Leah Edwards, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, specializing in psychotherapy. Her professional interests include clinical supervision; family dynamics and attachments; perinatal mental health, such as infertility, miscarriage, postpartum difficulties and infant loss; veterans; neurology; unresolved trauma; grief; caregiving; difficult life transitions; and death. Leah is passionate about providing a safe place for patients, from children to older adults, who are struggling to heal and discover a path toward a higher quality of life. She finds it rewarding to assist patients with developing healthy, creative and evidence-based ways to address their needs. Leah is a proud member of Postpartum Support International. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, including her five children, cooking, baking, crafting and do-it-yourself projects, kayaking, camping and going on road trips. She also likes volunteering as a committee member and advancement chair for a local Boy Scout troop. Leah sees patients aged 5 years and older.
