Biography
Vicki is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University. She started her career as an inpatient dietitian, then began working at an inpatient/outpatient eating disorder treatment center. Since becoming an outpatient dietitian at BSW Health Grapevine in 2018, she has been able to work with a wider variety of conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, as well as other nutrition related diagnoses. Vicki works with her patients to help them make sustainable changes for health while also helping them improve their relationship with food and body image.
