Biography
Chandra Freeman, LCSW, is a licensed Social Worker and licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Her professional interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and postpartum transitions. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, complemented by techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She draws on her years of experience to help children and adults navigate mental health challenges. Chandra is passionate about ensuring her patients are validated and heard. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending quality time with friends and family, fishing, drawing, creating things, and attending church.
