Dr. Richard Helmer and his experienced team at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery are prepared when central Texans need extensive heart and vascular intervention.  Their services are integral in supporting the Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Heart Center, which includes the work of cardiologists and electrophysiologists, as well as interventional, imaging and heart failure specialists.  

A heart attack response team is available 24 hours a day, and an on-site congestive heart failure clinic, cardiac rehabilitation, and wellness and prevention education further strengthen this wide range of heart services.
