You can find effective headache and migraine relief—without referrals, waiting rooms or hard-to-schedule visits. What is the cost of these programs?
Virtual care navigation and digital trackers, tools and check-ins on the app are provided at no additional cost to you. Any video, in-person or follow-up appointments with a provider will be billed to your insurance. Your copays, coinsurance and deductibles apply.
If you are referred to physical therapy, there is an option for virtual sessions. Virtual physical therapy provides unlimited virtual physical therapy sessions for $99/month, potentially costing you less, but is not covered by insurance

All Nebraska Furniture Mart employees and their dependents can access these programs with a MyBSWHealth account, which is free and easy to set up.
