OMG! I can't say enough about Jami. In all my years visiting with a Baylor provider, JAMI takes the top prize! She spent a great deal of time going over the reasons for my pain, the exercises needed to alleviate my pain and most importantly, gave me hope that it WILL get better. I know physicians are short on time so maybe you should only have PAs see patients so you can have happier patients and you can still save money by not paying physicians. Jami was knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and a list of so many other adjectives that I don't have time to go into. I want you to print this survey and share it with ALL your employees so they can see what caring care looks like and you can practice what you preach in all your advertisements. Jami is a shining star and the perfect example of what you want all your care providers to show to their patients. Please make sure that Jami knows how much of an impact she made on my well being and how the time that she spent with me (and I'm assuming with all her patients) does not go unnoticed.
