Dr. Mbah is a fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician who specializes in the management of non-operative acute and chronic sports and orthopedic-related injuries. This includes, but is not limited to, arthritis, tendinopathies, non-operative fracture care and concussions. Dr. Mbah specializes in ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal procedures, including steroid injections, orthobiologics, nerve blocks, prolotherapy and percutaneous tenotomy.
Outside of work, Dr. Mbah loves to spend time with his wife, close family and friends. He enjoys watching and playing all sports, particularly basketball and football. He enjoys working out, traveling the world, learning about various cultures and trying different cuisines. Lastly, he has a very fond interest in youth mentorship and motivational speaking.
