Patients appreciate
Dr. Byung Lee receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from patients, with the vast majority of reviews rating him 5 stars. Patients consistently praise his professionalism, knowledge, and excellent communication skills. He is frequently described as someone who listens carefully to patients, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly in understandable terms, and takes time to answer questions thoroughly. Many patients highlight his compassionate and caring bedside manner, noting that he treats them like human beings rather than just patients. His clinical expertise, particularly in hand and wrist care, is repeatedly commended, with multiple patients expressing complete trust in his abilities. Patients also appreciate his conservative approach, trying various treatment options before recommending surgery. The efficiency of his practice is noted positively, with many mentioning short wait times and prompt service from both Dr. Lee and his staff.
Patients also share
The reviews reveal very few areas for improvement, with only one specific concern raised. One patient mentioned a 45-minute wait time after being taken back to the exam room, though this same patient noted that Dr. Lee had been prompt during their two other visits. This appears to be an isolated incident rather than a systemic issue, as numerous other reviews specifically praise the short wait times and efficiency of the practice.
