He was in the middle of my daughter and I and went over the x-rays with us. He listened and asked questions and gave explanations that were easy to understand but not talking down to us. He seemed genuinely interested in my condition even though I was not going to need surgery. He recommended PT which I think will help and another doctor to see about by spine. He was very professional and knowledgable but also made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I didn't even notice him taking notes because he was so interactive with me. How refreshing to have a doctor talk to me and listen and not just looking at a computer and checking boxes. My daughter and I were extremely impressed and pleased.
