It is also a specialty full of exciting innovations, particularly in the field of robotic surgery, which is one of his main interests. His favorite part of urology is performing minimally invasive procedures for the treatment of kidney cancer, stone disease and prostate enlargement. Outside of work, Dr. Herrera enjoys spending time with his wife and son. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hiking and visiting new places. He also loves spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing and hunting. Dr. Herrera uses robot-assisted technology to perform minimally invasive surgery.
