Paul Freudigman, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip replacement, knee replacement, revision joint replacement surgery, orthopedic trauma, fracture care and complex limb reconstruction. He sees patients in Waxahachie and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with joint pain, arthritis, fractures and complex orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Freudigman has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hip arthritis, knee arthritis, joint deterioration, orthopedic injuries and complex musculoskeletal disorders. His clinical expertise includes total hip replacement, total knee replacement, revision hip and knee replacement surgery, fracture treatment, bone infections, malunion and nonunion repair, and complex limb reconstruction. He is committed to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain and return to the activities that matter most to them.
After earning his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, Dr. Freudigman completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in orthopedic trauma at Emory University, where he developed expertise in the management of complex fractures, post-traumatic reconstruction and challenging orthopedic conditions.
Known for his thoughtful and personalized approach to care, Dr. Freudigman works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Outside of medicine, Dr. Freudigman enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and remaining active in youth travel hockey throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
