Biography
Dr. Freudigman is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon dedicated to providing patients with compassionate and quality care. Dr. Freudigman earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, before completing his residency at Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA. He completed a fellowship in orthopedic trauma at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Freudigman has extensive training and experience in total hip and total knee replacements as well as revision surgery. His special interests include reconstruction of hip and knee replacements, orthopedic fractures, infection of bones, deformity and reconstruction of limbs—malunion and nonunion, and complex orthopedic fractures. Dr. Freudigman is married. His son currently serves in the U.S. Marine Corps. He has a Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Arnie, after Arnold Palmer, and a Maine coon cat named Millie, after his grandmother. He passionately loves to play golf and follow golf on television and the radio. He continues to remain involved in youth travel hockey for Texas and Oklahoma. Baylor Scott & White Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Institute was nominated as a Best of Ellis County Finalist for Best Orthopedic Group for 2022. D Magazine has named Baylor Scott & White Orthopedics the "Face of Orthopedics" for 2026.
