Shannon Alejandro, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery who sees patients in Dallas and Grapevine. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle injuries, sports-related conditions, arthritis and complex deformities. Her areas of expertise include foot and ankle sports injuries, ankle arthroscopy, foot and ankle arthritis, total ankle replacement, ankle instability, bunions, hammertoes and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Alejandro enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dogs. Her hobbies include running, hiking and the occasional true crime podcast or series.
